What you will enjoy doing*

• You will remotely monitor and operate over 450 air separation facilities using advanced control systems
• Further, you will respond promptly to alarms and troubleshoot plant issues via phone and computer interfaces
• Start up and shut down air separation equipment to meet production demands and maintain efficiency
• Process and analyze information from multiple plant control systems to make informed operational decisions
• In addition you will manage communications including phone calls, emails, and computer-based logbooks in a fast-paced control room environment
• Follow strict safety policies and operating procedures to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
• Work 12-hour rotating swing shifts with flexibility for occasional shift changes, overtime, and shift coverage
• Support on-site facility operations with up to 10% travel as required
• Also, you will collaborate as a team player in a dynamic, safety-focused environment that values diversity and inclusion

What makes you great

• You have the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts with occasional changes and willingness to cover overtime shifts
• Strong computer proficiency and technical training in control room operations are required in this role
• Experience in chemical process or power generation operations, or a recent graduate with an engineering-related degree
• You have excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and respond to operational issues
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for on-site facility support

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $75,000 - $85,000.
