Job Description ARDEX is immediately hiring for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping customers and learning new skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you are building on your customer service experience or looking to start a professional office career, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Process customer orders and assist with invoices. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams. Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions. Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America What You'll Bring Previous customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience is helpful, but not required. A positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and general technology proficiency. Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The ability to solve problems, ask questions, and take initiative when needed.
