Job Title: Customer Support Representative I
Job Location: Remote Position
Duration: 2 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
Please indicate in the top of the resume if the resource is bilingual in English and Spanish
Thanksgiving Week: Work Monday/Tuesday only (subject to change).
Must work New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Availability during the first week of January is required (Jan 4th -8th)
November through December 25, 2026: 20 hours per week.
December 26, 2026 through January 18, 2027: 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on business activity.
Typical schedule is Mon-Fri - please indicate if the candidate is available on the weekends, as weekend flexibility is needed during peak season Equipment needed:
Laptop or PC in good working condition, good internet, 2 monitors, headset must be able to support Windows 10 and be able to download software. NO MAC computers Qualifications
HS Diploma and College background REQUIRED
Light IT background a MUST
1 YR. customer service experience a MUST
Excellent communications skills.
Computer literate; knowledge of Windows environment.
Worked remote previously a MUST
Flexible availability (especially weekends) a MUST
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently without distractions
