Assembler

Position Overview The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components into completed products used in specialized equipment for physical therapy, chiropractic, and athletic training applications. This hands-on role involves the use of various tools, adherence to work instructions, and maintaining quality and efficiency within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble product components according to detailed work instructions and quality guidelines. Use hand tools, jigs, and testing devices to ensure proper construction and function of each unit. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the production shift. Accurately complete necessary documentation related to production and quality checks. Monitor and restock parts and materials using Kanban or similar inventory systems. Additional Responsibilities Support team members and production flow as needed. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors. Working Environment This role takes place in a manufacturing facility with a focus on team-based production. Noise and physical activity are part of the daily routine. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and move frequently throughout the shift. Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail. Travel Requirements No travel required. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred. Strong mechanical skills or aptitude for using tools and reading measurements. Basic computer literacy for completing forms and accessing instructions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with soldering or electrical components. Woodworking or fabrication background. Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.
