Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through scheduled telehealth sessions to understand clients’ concerns and mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic strategies based on clinical evaluations to address specific mental health challenges.

• Facilitate regular sessions with clients, providing support, feedback, and coping strategies to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Clients may range from adolescents to older adults, each requiring unique considerations in treatment. Your ability to adapt methodologies to suit a culturally diverse clientele will be essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Strong grasp of mental health disorders, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
