Field Service Technician - Production Print

Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on KonicaMinolta products, including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal, and troubleshooting connectivity. Use a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery. Drive to customer sites within the assigned territory, track inventory/supply, and keep customers informed about scheduling. Develop professional customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques, and productivity. Log service visits and document updates for each client account. Collaborate with the Account Management team to help resolve customer issues. Qualifications Pass background, security, and drug test. Position requires use of a personal car eligible for vehicle maintenance compensation. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Technical school training preferred. 2+ years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment. Certified on N+ or equivalent. Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
