Process Improvement Specialist
Analyze data and root causes to implement sustainable process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Overview
This role is focused on identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies within the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze data, investigate root causes, and collaborate with business partners to implement sustainable solutions that enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
- Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Analyze data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Research and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues
- Document findings, recommendations, and process changes
- Collaborate with business partners to streamline and simplify work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or operational support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
- Ability to work independently and through ambiguity
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- SQL experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in written and verbal French (non-negotiable)
- Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
