Strategic Account Executive - Up-Market

Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Responsibilities Close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Attend award‑winning training program and work with new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. Build relationships with HR and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions. Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document progress, and oversee implementation until solutions are up and running. Collaborate with internal partners and cross‑sell with other ADP associates to deepen client relationships. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection. Strategic closer with experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales and a strong track record of closing sales and managing a territory. Proven winner who thrives under pressure and consistently exceeds sales quotas. College degree preferred but not required; alternative experience of at least three years in B2B field sales or military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills.
