Technical Program Manager (PEO)

Accountabilities Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities and OKRs into coordinated execution plans focused on measurable outcomes. Lead and orchestrate complex cross‑functional initiatives spanning product, platform, infrastructure, and data teams. Drive clarity and alignment across programs by managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and ensuring sustainable delivery flow. Use AI‑enabled insights and analytics to identify bottlenecks, improve predictability, and support informed decision‑making. Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and shared accountability. Coach teams on delivery best practices, healthy operating rhythms, and data‑driven execution methodologies. Contribute to the evolution of scalable frameworks, tools, and operational processes that enhance organizational efficiency. Support strategic planning, roadmap alignment, and portfolio‑level execution across multiple initiatives. Promote responsible and effective use of AI technologies within program management and engineering workflows. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles. 3+ years managing cross‑functional initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure domains. Strong technical understanding of APIs, software architectures, system integrations, and modern engineering practices. Experience translating strategic business objectives into actionable execution plans and measurable delivery metrics. Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to delivery optimization. Comfortable leveraging AI tools for analysis, reporting, documentation, and operational insights. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across technical and executive audiences. Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and drive alignment in fast‑moving environments. Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite collaboration and company meetings.
