Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients within the financial sector through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in addressing queries related to financial products and services, providing accurate and timely information. Understand and navigate financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and provide effective support. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on financial services products and industry changes. Provide feedback on service processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred. Familiarity with financial products, regulations, and CRM systems is advantageous.
