Project Manager (Owner's Rep)

Owner's Representative Project Manager | Miami, FL | Up to $150,000 The Client A small, Miami-based construction and project management firm specializing in owner representative services for commercial and institutional projects across South Florida. Led by hands-on, experienced principals, the firm has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and close client relationships on projects generally under $10M. The Projects A varied pipeline of ground-up construction, renovations, and expansions including schools, community facilities, and commercial/mixed-use buildouts throughout South Florida. The Role & Requirements You'll represent the owner's interests from pre-construction through closeout, working directly with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of construction experience, ideally with a GC in commercial/institutional work Strong communicator, polished, comfortable leading stakeholder meetings Comfortable with permitting, drawings/specs, and Excel; Procore a plus What's In It For You?
