Job Details :
• Provide support on future wireless Architecture / Cisco Technology Deployments
• Support and maintain a wireless Enterprise Network environment.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the wireless environment.
• Provide support / lead wireless activities in the event of outages.
• Assist/Lead any wireless upgrade activities
• Support the optimization and maintenance of Customer's Network and Architecture and Design from a wireless perspective.
• Provide support on any new initiatives as they relate to wireless technologies, including: ISE and Cisco route / switch technologies.
• Review Existing Wireless Deployments at Customer's Data Centers, Hospitals, Major Institutions, and Remote Clinics
• Collaborate with Customer's on long term Network Strategy regarding all areas wireless.
• Travel onsite to Customer's Hospitals, Remote Clinics, or Facilities 2 to 3 times a week as necessary.
• Experience in NMS Tools including DNA Center, Prime Infrastructure, Service Now
• Expertise in traditional over the top (OTT) and Fabrid SDA wireless solutions
• Knowledge of ISE, RADIUS and EAP authentications
• Experience in DNA Spaces, RTLS solutions and STANLEY healthcare systems
• Deployment experience in designing, implementing and supporting wireless solution system using all available tools including PI, DNAC, Python/APIs, GUI/CLI and debugs
• DNA Center Assurance experience for monitoring and troubleshooting Day 2 issues
• Ekhau Site Survey: Predictive, Passive and Active Survey and experience designing high density RTLS Wifi6/6e APs
