This role involves managing a team of people services, developing best in class candidate and new hire onboarding experience, and collaborating with various people functions to meet the company's hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:* Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.* Manage and lead a team of people services, providing guidance and support.* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and develop the support plan.* Administer the recruitment process, from job posting, interview scheduling, offer management to onboarding.* Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring, and publishing of performance metrics.* Utilize tools and data to drive process improvements and automation.* Efficient management of queries and escalations received in a timely and accurate manner with sense of urgency.* Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.* Extends support to the team in problem solving and doing root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.Requirement:* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**About Micron Technology, Inc.**We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life *for all*.
