Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator

Keen Home Care & Homes is seeking a Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to build and manage a strong caregiving team that supports seniors and adults with disabilities at home. In this role, you will source, screen, and hire caregivers and related staff, ensuring all candidates meet regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and scheduling in partnership with care managers to align staff skills with client needs. Ideal candidates bring healthcare or home care recruiting experience, strong organization, and a passion for compassionate, person-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
