Night Shift ICU Step-Down RN — Advanced Care & Growth

You’ll deliver high-acuity patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and operate complex monitoring equipment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold evidence-based practices.
