Quality ManagerSeeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all aspects of the Quality Management System while serving as the primary quality representative to customers around the world. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining ISO quality systems, and driving manufacturing excellence.This role goes well beyond managing quality systems. The Quality Manager will serve as the face of the organization for customer quality matters, working with demanding global transportation and industrial customers while partnering internally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve quality performance, reduce scrap, improve yields, and strengthen operational excellence.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of progressive Quality Management experience within manufacturingExperience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsExperience leading customer audits and certification auditsStrong knowledge of root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PFMEA)Experience with SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans and Lean ManufacturingStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent customer communication skillsExperience supervising Quality Technicians and InspectorsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related technical discipline preferredITAR environment and must be US CitizenPreferred Requirements:Automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or similar regulated manufacturing environmentIATF 16949 experienceASQ CQE or CMQ/OE CertificationSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltISO Lead Auditor CertificationExperience working directly with demanding OEM or international customersResponsibilities:Lead and improve the Quality Management SystemMaintain ISO complianceLead customer and certification auditsServe as the primary quality contact for customersDrive customer satisfaction initiativesLead corrective actions and root cause investigationsReduce scrap and improve manufacturing yieldsAnalyze quality KPIs and implement improvementsImprove supplier qualitySupervise Quality personnelSupport APQP, PPAP and new product launchesPromote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementPartner with Engineering and Production to improve processesMaintain quality documentation and records
