Job Description

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and skills to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License valid in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
• Demonstrated ability to perform electronic fetal monitoring.
• Proficient in IV skills and capable of performing lab draws.
• Knowledgeable in high-risk medication administration, including Magnesium, Oxytocin, and Insulin.
• Ability to perform Urine Point of Care testing.
• Familiarity with capillary blood glucose testing.
• Experience with IStat and Adult Cardiac monitoring.
• Knowledge of newborn monitoring tools such as pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in performing heel sticks and venipuncture on newborns.
• Knowledgeable in newborn medication administration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Bili-blankets/lights and radiant warmers.
• Ability to provide support in gynecological teaching and postoperative bladder training.
• Knowledge to provide maternal-newborn education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of labor and delivery experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of postpartum experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of medical/surgical nursing experience.

Certification Requirements

• ACLS certification is required.
