Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Onsite once a week)
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 annually

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative behavioral health team in Bronx, NY. This hybrid role focuses on providing behavioral health support and evidence-based therapy for pediatric patients ages 6+ within an integrated care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
• Provide therapy using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, and related approaches
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and healthcare teams on treatment planning
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case conferences

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW License
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
• Experience working with children ages 6+
• Spanish bilingual required
• Must be located within the Tri-State area
• Comfortable working onsite once weekly in Bronx, NY
• Experience with DSM-V, behavioral health screening tools, and EHR documentation
• Must be enrolled in Medicaid and Medicare as an LCSW candidate
