We believe in quality legal representation and are dedicated to providing the best legal services and personalized attention to each and every one of our clients.
\nWe are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Workers' Compensation Law practice in NJ. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.

- Is licensed to practice in New Jersey \n
- Has 2-4 years of litigation experience \n
- Has experience with Workers' Compensation \n
- Likes to use technology like AI \n
- Enjoy research \n
- Polished and a skilled communicator \n
- Self-starter, can prioritize workload and have a strong work ethic \n
What will your day look like:
\n- \n
- Conduct Legal Research on variety of issues relevant to case(s) and writing \n
- Review, analyze, and summarize discovery and conduct fact investigations for file management and drafting updates to clients. \n
- Communicate with clients, opposing parties, experts, etc. \n
- Prepare clients for, defend, and take depositions. \n
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in Mediations. . \n
