At Rexco Equipment, the yard is the backbone of our operation. As a Yard Coordinator, you're the person who makes sure every machine is clean, staged, and ready - whether it's heading into the shop, out on a rental, or being picked up by a customer. It's physical, hands-on work outdoors, and it matters every single day.

What you'll do:

You'll pressure wash equipment before and after service and rentals, stage machines for the service and rental departments, maintain organized attachment displays, assist with inventory counts, and support the team wherever the day takes you. No two days are exactly the same, but the standard stays the same: the yard is clean, organized, and ready for business.

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience around construction equipment is a plus - but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED

No prior experience necessary. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and want to be part of a team that treats people like people - we'll train you on the rest.
