Seasonal Operations Training Coordinator

The focus will be on Operations training programs while partnering with the Learning and Development team to leverage corporate programs. The Training Coordinator will facilitate for a team of individuals that will coordinate and deliver function-specific training programs while working to continuously improve the training materials. The Training Coordinator will also be a key player in training and onboarding of seasonal employees. How You Will Make an Impact Communicate effectively to all levels of employees from executive to new employees Conduct task analysis in order to create and/or validate Standard Operating Procedures for training purposes Conduct, support, and facilitate New Hire Orientations (NHOs) Conduct and/or coordinate personal/professional improvement training courses using a participant centered approach Create and maintain a system to record training completion, cross-training effectiveness and employee knowledge and skills Attend and add value to Fulfillment or Manufacturing Center Management Team meetings Observe and evaluate training programs / individual trainers and team leaders to make recommendations to improve training efficiency and effectiveness Work across various shifts and times during peak season hours Ability to work with and train a diverse workforce Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership What You Bring to the Team Highly proficient in computer usage, e-mail, Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of Fulfillment/Manufacturing processes and flow Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail Strong leadership and communication skills Situational leadership experience and knowledge Presentation skills and comfortable speaking in a classroom/tour environment 6-12 months of facilitating adult learning theories and effective training principles (preferred) 6-12 months of previous experience of training or technical writing experience (preferred) At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty. Where You’ll Work and What’s Required High School Diploma or equivalent work experience This job requires the candidate to work and facilitate in a warehouse environment Must be able to stand 6 to 8 hours per day May be expected to walk 3 to 5 miles per day Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
