ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operates production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Operates within a defined area making support materials to contribute to the final products manufactured. Makes boxes, applies labels, moves skids of materials with material handling equipment. Cleans flooring, tanks, and equipment regularly. Interacts with other departments to share information for successful process flow. Adheres to strict work instruction details to comply with customer requirements. Complies with all safety procedures and safety training requirements. Completes monthly Dupont training modules. Completes cyber security modules and other company mandated training requirements. Reports immediately any potential unsafe area or act to leadership. Communicates required information in all phases of production processes including interactions with shipping and receiving, quality control, maintenance, leadership, human resources if necessary. Provides both verbal and written communications. Operates material handling equipment including hoists and sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts. Must be able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly. Must meet all requirements listed below for basic skills: language, reasoning, mathematical, and physical skills. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED (preferred) or pass a pre‑employment screening assessment. Associate’s Degree a plus. Certification in operation on all three types of plant industrial trucks and elevated platforms. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic skills in MS Office software; basic math skills.
