Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity calls for a pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, overseeing the launch of a new pharmacy from licensure to inspection and accreditation. Initially part-time, this role has the potential to transition into full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pharmacy through the complete licensure, inspection, and accreditation process as the Pharmacist-In-Charge
• Manage pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards
• Oversee staff and workflow during the pharmacy start-up phase

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmacy management
• Proven experience with pharmacy start-up operations, including familiarity with licensure, inspection, and accreditation procedures

Schedule:

• Part-time initially, with potential to become full-time
