Job Overview:

Dan Burghardt Insurance Agency, a busy and well-established insurance agency of over 40 years, is seeking a Personal lines Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients to provide excellent service and support.

Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: In-Office Greater New Orleans area (no remote work)

Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary: $45,000 annually

Qualifications:

Active Louisiana Insurance License (required)
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
Ability to manage a high work volume with strong multitasking skills
Proficiency with computers and insurance software systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take direction effectively
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities:

Manage personal lines accounts, ensuring policies are accurate and up to date
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and timely service
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
