Humana Inc is looking for an experienced Counsel to join its mergers and acquisitions team. This role involves supporting strategic transactions across the CenterWell and Insurance segments. You will manage numerous high-impact deals, conduct legal due diligence, and oversee outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have a J.D., a minimum of 3 years in M&A transactional experience, and strong communication skills.
