Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Deaconess Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Population: adult med/surg. Primary dx’s include: Ortho (TKR/THR/TSR), back surgeries, abdominal surgeries, SBO, infections, osteo, AKI’s, urology.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday Requirement: possibility of July 4th or Labor Day need, but this is not certain, up for discussion with individual candidates. On Call/Call Back Requirement: this can vary, up for discussion with individual candidates.

Floating Requirements: Potential to float between med/surg like departments.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
