Weekend Admission RN Home Health Care Expert

Schedule: Weekends Only Compensation: $200 per Start of Care visit + mileage reimbursement!

Successful applicants will email Elena to explain their nursing background and why they are looking to start or continue their career in home health care.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform weekend Start of Care (SOC) admissions with complete OASIS documentation
Develop and initiate care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Evaluate patient needs and coordinate necessary services
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care best practices

Required Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota RN license and CPR certification
Proven experience in home health and OASIS documentation
Reliable transportation, driver's license, and active insurance
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Applicable MOC Codes: We welcome all active duty, reservists, and veterans. Related MOS codes:
