This is a customer-facing role focused on guiding callers through the sign-up process, answering questions about service options, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact through account setup.Key responsibilities will include:Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in new internet serviceWalk customers through plan, pricing, and equipment information.Accurately collect customer information and set up new accountsAddress basic questions about internet and Wi-Fi service, equipment, and installationMaintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor on every callDocument call details and account information accurately in the CRM systemMeet basic performance expectations around call quality and customer satisfactionAny other duties as assignedSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Reliable internet connectionA quiet workspace free from background noiseStrong phone etiquette and verbal communication skillsPatience, empathy, and a customer-first attitudeComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionWilling to comply with company security standardsAvailability during daytime business hoursAbility to commit to a minimum 6-month contract at approximately 20 hours/weekNICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Prior contact center or customer service experienceKnowledge of Salesforce and Google Suite
