Senior Demand Planning Analyst

We’re hiring a Demand Planning & Inventory Analyst This role supports a growing consumer products business with a broad, multi‑SKU portfolio. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. Sales owns the demand forecast — you validate it using historical data, trends, and seasonality, then help translate that demand into sound purchasing and inventory decisions. What you’ll be responsible for: Validating Sales forecasts using data and appropriate forecasting methods Supporting purchasing decisions with clear assumptions and documentation Leading the monthly PSI (Planning / Sales / Inventory) process Owning inventory health after purchase — monitoring stock levels, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions (stockouts, excess, expediting, etc.) Partnering closely with Sales and Ops to keep inventory aligned with demand Pulling and analyzing data from ERP systems and maintaining planning files What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain analytics Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data Solid understanding of forecasting fundamentals and how to apply them in a business context Someone who can challenge assumptions thoughtfully and communicate tradeoffs clearly Consumer products or multi‑SKU experience is a plus Why this role is appealing: You influence real purchasing decisions, not just reports You own the inventory outcome, not just the forecast High visibility and strong cross‑functional exposure in a growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
