Job Description

A-STAFFING is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible working hours , making it ideal for someone who is looking for a work-life balance.

A-STAFFING is a leading staffing agency specializing in the placement of Japanese Bilingual professionals. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality talent and helping our candidates find the perfect career opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct online/phone meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
Screen resumes and job applications
Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them

Qualifications

Native level fluency in Japanese
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service in any industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems
Fully Remote Work
