The role is responsible for leveraging AI, advanced analytics, CRM platforms, and diverse internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision making by the Partnering Leadership Team (LT). Main responsibilities:Apply Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data science to AM and BD datasets; drive evidence-based decisions for Partnering LT.Lead platform optimization for Salesforce tools (MyAlliance, MyPartnering) across AM and BD.Key performance indicator (KPI) & Reporting: Design scalable, customizable AI-powered dashboards and reports for the Partnering LT; Manage and enhance the Alliance dashboard, including expansion Research to Development (R&D), to support reporting of partnering activities to R&D stakeholders.Develop and deliver compelling presentations and slide decks for senior leadership; translate complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.Build and present business cases to support strategic partnering decisions.Proactively engage with BD and AM stakeholders to identify unmet needs and operational gaps; conduct user needs assessments and translate findings into actionable solutions.Identify gaps in data, reporting, or workflows; propose innovative ideas and process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and pain points .Process Optimization: Redesign AM and BD workflows using data-driven insights to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency.About youExperience:Experience building and presenting business cases will be a plus.Experience in project management or consulting will be a plus.Soft and technical skills:Proficiency in Power BI, or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms.Education:Master's degree with strong AI/ML and data analytics background.Languages:Fluent English (written & verbal).Why choose us?Be part of a pioneering biopharma company where patient insights shape drug development.
