This is a great opportunity for a Project Engineer who is looking to grow at a small/ medium sized general contractor. Here you will be responsible for developing project budgets, scopes of work, and managing subcontractor outreach. Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFI's, and punch lists preferred.
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to varying field conditions.
11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
