The Project Engineer II plays a vital role in that work, supporting Mission Critical projects and often requiring full-time presence on a job site.This role is ideal for someone ready to take greater ownership, anticipate project needs, and actively contribute to successful outcomes. Position PurposeThe Project Engineer II provides essential administrative and technical support to the project The Project Engineer II provides advanced technical and administrative support to project teams, managing key documentation, coordinating project controls, and supporting schedule, cost, and quality objectives with increasing independence. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain comprehensive document control systemsManage drawing revisions and specification updatesDevelop and maintain submittal and RFI logsTrack procurement status and material forecastingMonitor subcontractor performance and progressPrepare meeting agendas, documentation, and follow upSupport change management with detailed documentationPerform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysisAssist with schedule updates and variance analysisIdentify risks and escalate issues proactivelyApply lessons learned to improve project executionWhat You BringStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProactive communication and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyWorking knowledge of project management and construction softwareCollaborative mindset with growing independenceQualificationsAssociate 's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with bachelor's degree preferredTwo to three years of construction administration or project engineering experienceValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites Why Guarantee ElectricalAt Guarantee Electrical, your growth is intentional.
