Whether we're installing the first of its kind large-scale battery storage facility, erecting a quad train simple cycle natural gas power plant, or venturing into new markets such as data centers developments or solar field installations, we depend on our trained and qualified field engineers to obsess over the safety, quality, cost, and timely execution of our projects.Future career opportunity examples: Superintendent, Lead Project Engineer, Project Controls, Project Manager.Responsibilities• Field Operations: Interpret drawings/specifications/3D models for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages, audit operations for safety compliance, order and schedule material deliveries, track installation progress, perform quality inspections and submit test records• Office Engineering: Maintain project controls including client report development and schedule updates, generate change orders reviewed by project management, supervise subcontractor operations, support site logistics, coordinate design and procurement interface• Estimating: Review and analyze data relative to the project, perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, complete plans and specification reviews for projects, assist with the preparation of a bidQualifications• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure we "Lead with Safety 24/7"• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site across diverse climates and environments• Highly motivated with demonstrated leadership skills, a passion for excellence, and taking initiative• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively• Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems in a constantly changing environment• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detailOther Requirements:Regular, reliable attendanceWork productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.Perform work safely and effectively.
