Ready to take the next step in your water resources career? RDA is looking for a Lead Water Resources Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our Waynesboro, VA office. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who enjoys drainage and water resources design, is ready to take on more responsibility, and wants the opportunity to mentor and support others as they continue to grow. Our Waynesboro office offers a welcoming, close-knit team environment where people know each other, work together, and enjoy coming to work. You'll work on challenging drainage, stormwater, and hydrologic/hydraulic design for transportation projects across Virginia while continuing to build your technical expertise and grow your career.
