We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in a full-time, year-round position . The ideal candidate takes pride in creating beautifully maintained guest rooms, enjoys working as part of a team, and understands how the smallest details can make a lasting impression.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• Clean, refresh, and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas according to White Elephant standards
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean environment for every guest
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Record serviced rooms and complete daily assignments
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, shortages, or security issues
• Respond professionally and promptly to reasonable guest requests
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate team members
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Friendly, helpful, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
