Construction Accountant

Position Overview Our client is seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing construction organization. Key Responsibilities Manage construction accounting activities across multiple projects. Process construction-related invoices and maintain accurate financial records. Perform job cost coding and monitor project costs. Administer construction accounts payable and vendor payment processes. Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs), lien waivers, and vendor compliance documentation. Track paid-when-paid payment requirements. Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3+ years of accounting experience.
