The Associate Director is responsible for development initiatives aimed at growing a pipeline of leadership, annual giving prospects, major gift fundraising and supporting the overall development efforts of the University. The Associate Director of Development will work closely with students, alumni, and parent volunteers and is expected to manage a portfolio of donors and prospects. The position is expected to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospective donors, increase the overall number of donors to the school, and solicit leadership annual gifts in support of the school's priorities. This position is expected to assist in planning and managing development type events. The full salary range for the Associate Director of Development, School of Business is $81,500 - $150,100 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $81,500 - $85,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
