What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping service requests on track by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate service requests and connect with external partners to ensure timely completion
- Monitor and manage open tasks, following up to keep work moving forward
- Handle a mix of communication, including email and moderate phone interaction (10–25 calls/day)
- Investigate and resolve issues by finding solutions when standard processes don’t apply
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant activity
- Support team workflows and step in when additional coordination is needed
- Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Assist with setting up new vendors or one-time service arrangements
- Review details and agreements to ensure accurate handling of requests
- Help prioritize urgent or time-sensitive work and ensure it’s completed efficiently
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recent experience in operations, administrative, customer service, or coordination roles within a corporate setting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of your work
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
This is a Permanent position based out of Warrenville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
