This is an onsite position based out of our Monroe office, with regular travel to support our other locations. What You'll Do as I/T Support Specialist: Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues. Support new site openings, relocations, equipment deployments, and technology upgrades. Escalate complex infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity issues to the I/T Support Supervisor or appropriate I/T team members. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventories, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with enterprise I/T policies, procedures, and security standards. Assist with user account provisioning, access control, and password support in accordance with security policies. Coordinate with third‑party vendors for hardware repair and telecommunications support when required. Participate in disaster recovery preparedness and site‑level continuity efforts. Travel regularly to company locations. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in end‑user technical support or help desk environments. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting and problem‑resolution skills. Ability to work independently in field environments while maintaining communication with regional leadership. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. Experience supporting multi‑site or distributed business environments. Familiarity with basic network equipment and wireless troubleshooting. Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes.
