We’re looking for a motivated salesperson who can turn a homeowner’s backyard ideas into a signed project. Sell new swimming pools, pool remodels, and complete backyard renovations, including patio covers, turf, outdoor kitchens, BBQ islands, and more. What we offer: • Company-provided leads to help you build your pipeline. • An office you can come into and work from for calls, follow-ups, proposals, and planning. • Opportunities to sell both pool projects and complete backyard renovations. • Potential gas card, subject to agreed terms. Your responsibilities: • Meet with homeowners to understand their goals, budget, and property. • Present project options, proposals, and pricing. • Follow up with provided leads, handle objections, and close sales. • Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and prospecting. • Keep organized records and coordinate with design and construction teams. What you need: • Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. • Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills. • Ability to manage your schedule and travel to customer appointments. • Professional appearance and a customer-first approach. • Sales experience preferred, especially in pools, landscaping, construction, or home improvements. • Backyard design or pool-design software experience is a plus. Compensation: • Commission-only position. • Commission structure and payment schedule discussed during the interview.
