Job Description

Project Superintendent – Build With Us, Not Just For Us

Southern California | Full-Time | Golden Construction

Are you tired of job descriptions that sound the same? So are we. At Golden Construction , we believe being a Project Superintendent is about more than managing schedules and checklists — it’s about leading people, shaping communities, and taking pride in work that lasts.

If you’re a builder at heart with the leadership skills to match, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walk-through .
Lead and inspire onsite teams and subcontractors — setting the tone for safety, quality, and teamwork.
Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients, making sure everyone’s aligned.
Keep projects on track, on Schedule, and up to Golden Construction’s high standards.
Ensure every build reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care .

What You Bring

Experience in construction management, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects .
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (people look to you when challenges arise).
Comfort with construction software, Microsoft Office, and job site documentation.
OSHPD experience is a big plus.
Flexibility to travel to job sites across Southern California (and occasional out-of-town projects).

Why Golden Construction?

We’re a family-owned company with over 35 years of experience, but we’re not stuck in the past. At Golden Construction, you’ll get:

Real impact — Your leadership directly shapes the success of our projects.
Variety — Healthcare, tenant improvements, ground-up builds — no two projects are the same.
Growth — Be part of a team that invests in your development, not just your output.
Respect & Recognition — You’re more than a title here.

Your Next Step

If you’re ready to bring projects to life, lead teams with confidence, and grow with a company that values your vision, we’d love to talk.

Apply today — let’s build something great together.
