Patient Coordinator Location: Colorado
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday 8 - 5

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office—greeting guests with a smile, keeping schedules running smoothly, and helping create a stress-free healthcare experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with their needs
- Verify insurance information and update patient records
- Coordinate patient communications, reminders, and follow-ups
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and inviting
- Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional patient care
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical offices, dental practices, or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
