Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units at the Billings Clinic Hospital, in Billings, MT. The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. He/she contributes to the facility through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, participation on the treatment team(s).

Responsibilities include creating, implementing, and enforcing clinical staffing plans, providing leadership and direction, monitoring nursing personnel performance, collaborating with physicians and team members, ensuring efficient discharge plans, auditing performance and documentation, and maintaining continuity among nursing teams.

Qualifications require a BSN with previous acute care inpatient psychiatric experience in a hospital and supervisory experience, 5 years of behavioral health nursing experience, and CPR certification.
