BackOps in San Francisco is seeking a senior, in-house GTM recruiter to own high-volume, full-cycle hiring across sales, customer, and marketing. You will relentlessly source, run tight interview loops, and close candidates who aren’t actively looking. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you’ll shape sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and manage multiple searches with a strong candidate experience in our hybrid SF setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Theory Ventures
