Senior Operations Research Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Contracts & Research Operations Coordinator to join our Integrated Research Management (IRM) team. In this role, you'll manage contracting and purchasing activities that support critical research operations, including CRO outsourcing, academic collaborations, and external speaker engagements . You'll partner with Research, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contracts and purchasing activities move efficiently from request to completion. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end contracting and purchasing activities across multiple business functions. Review and process quotes, Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, purchase orders, and related agreements. Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to resolve purchasing and invoicing questions. Track contract and purchasing activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource throughout the contracting process. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and increase operational efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor service levels, turnaround times, costs, and key performance metrics. Contribute to training documentation and best practices that enhance the user experience. What You'll Bring 2–4 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, purchasing, research operations, project coordination, vendor management, or business operations . Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or a regulated industry. Experience supporting CROs, research organizations, or scientific teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, Confluence, Egnyte (or similar document management systems), Zoom, and purchasing or procurement systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
