Join us in Mechanicsburg, where small-town living meets big-city perks, and together, we make a difference.As an Accounting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the company store and performing clerical duties for the Accounting Department. The role supports daily accounting operations, maintains records and documentation, assists with administrative tasks, and oversees company store activities to ensure efficient service and inventory management. Validate production data and perform inventory management activities. Complete daily hand-add reconciliations and variance analysis. Perform assigned materials accounting duties. Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Participate in planning and execution of community engagement initiatives and events.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting and/or inventory control in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment Salary: $41,814.00 to $58,239.00 per year Bonus Eligibility: Yes The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
