Employee Benefits Account Manager

Manage complex client relationships and full account lifecycle for mid and large group clients (50+ lives) Ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention Partner closely with Account Executives, Client Advisors, and internal teams Execute strategic benefit programs, manage renewals, and deliver operational excellence across all service activities Own and manage the full post-sale client lifecycle Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation Interpret plan designs, eligibility structures, and contribution strategies Monitor carrier discrepancies and resolve system issues Coordinate cross-functional service delivery with internal teams Support and execute renewal processes and timelines Lead and coordinate open enrollment meetings and communications Oversee client onboarding and vendor implementations Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners Proactively resolve issues and anticipate client needs Ensure timely communication and follow-through Develop presentations, guides, and employee communications Lead employee education sessions (virtual and onsite) Requirements 3+ years in employee benefits or insurance brokerage Experience with large group clients (100+ lives preferred) Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products Life and Health license (or ability to obtain) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits systems Strong client relationship management High attention to detail in fast-paced environments Effective communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative and proactive mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex client relationships and the full account lifecycle for mid and large group clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
