Overview:

The Sr Sourcing Manager provides leadership for strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, supplier negotiations, cost/spend management, and supplier on/off boarding.

What You Can Expect:

• Coordinates with executive leadership and category management on yearly savings workplans and helps prioritize sourcing activities within a team of sourcing professionals.
• Identifies, evaluates, and stratifies potential suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and sustainable supply lines.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring their compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
• Continuously researches and analyzes market trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions and strategies.
• Leads a team of sourcing managers to drive supplier strategy toward aggressive cost improvement and performance targets. Manages and trains a sourcing team on multiple high complexity sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 5 years' experience
