Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time board eligible/board certified family medicine physician to join our growing practice in the summer of 2025 at FPN Franklin Township Family Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and providing compassionate patient care. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with colleagues. Physicians and advanced practice providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Position start date: Summer 2025

Clinic hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday – Friday

Flexible full-time schedule

Call responsibilities of 1:10 for weekday and weekend

Average outpatient volume: 20 – 25 patients per day

Common diagnoses:

• Child and adult wellness visits
• Diabetes and endocrinology
• Hypertension
• Heart failure

On-site equipment:

• Point of care testing available

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
